We’re seeking a capable Help Desk Technician that can provide quick and helpful technical support for computer systems. You’ll respond to questions about basic technological concerns and provide solutions.

A professional Help Desk expert should have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively in order to comprehend the problem and convey its solution. To cope with challenging consumers, they must also be customer-focused and patient.

The purpose is to provide value to clients so that the company’s reputation and business can be preserved.

 

Requirements

  • Experience working as a help desk technician or in another customer service function.
  • Tech savvy with experience in office automation, databases, and remote control
  • Computer systems, mobile gadgets, and other tech products are well-understood.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix fundamental technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills Proficiency in English
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a related industry with a customer-focused and calm demeanor
